Right Care’s goals

To provide consistent, compassionate care that makes a real difference in people’s lives—right where it matters most: at home.

We believe that great care is not just about ticking boxes; it’s about building genuine relationships, understanding individual needs, and creating a sense of trust and reassurance for our clients and their families.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Andrea
Co-Founder | Senior Carer | Registered Manager

Hi, I’m Andrea, and I’ve been dedicated to the care industry since 2008. With over 17 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals across a wide range of settings; from residential homes for people with learning disabilities to environments that support those with more complex needs and behaviours.

Throughout my career, one thing has always guided me: the belief that great care is built on genuine connection, respect, and person-centred support. I’ve worked in supported living, taken on assessment roles for reablement services, and helped individuals transition safely from hospital to home, developing detailed support plans and risk assessments to ensure their well-being every step of the way.

I’ve also had the opportunity to assess day services for older people living with dementia. In every case, my focus has been on outcome-based, personalised care that truly supports everyone to live the life they choose.

I stepped into a managerial role within domiciliary care, overseeing operations, compliance, and the overall quality of service. It was a chance to blend leadership with my deep-rooted passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Along the way, I met Hayley, my co-founder and now close collaborator, while working in the field. It quickly became clear that we shared the same vision and values around care. We’d both seen how powerful truly person-centred support could be, and we wanted to continue building on the excellent work we’d achieved. Together, we’re committed to ensuring that every person we support receives care of the highest standard—because we believe that shouldn’t be the exception, it should be the norm.

I’m proud to be taking on the role of Registered Manager for Right Care Local, where I’ll be overseeing the quality and delivery of care services with the same passion, diligence, and commitment that’s guided my entire career.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two, and family is at the heart of everything I do. Being a parent has only deepened my commitment to care that’s grounded in empathy, trust, and genuine connection. It reminds me every day how important it is to treat each person we support with the same respect and compassion we’d want for our own loved ones.

No matter the role, my approach remains the same: treat every person with dignity, listen closely, and always go the extra mile. That’s the standard of care I believe everyone deserves, and it’s what I continue to strive for every day.

Hayley
Co-Founder | Senior Carer | Customer co-ordinator

My journey in care began in 2021, working in a nursing home where I quickly advanced to the role of Senior Carer. After relocating, I transitioned into domiciliary care, continuing in a senior position while working towards my Level 3 qualification and training as a customer co-ordinator.

It was during this time that I met Andrea—then my manager—whose dedication to care matched my own. We quickly found we shared not just a vision for what care should look like, but a real drive to make it happen.

When the company we worked for sadly closed, we were faced with a choice: go our separate ways or take a leap and build something better, together. Fueled by our shared passion and experience, we chose the latter.

Now, as co-founders, Andrea and I are proud to be creating something meaningful—providing high-quality, compassionate care with heart, integrity, and a deep understanding of the people we support.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and a proud mother of two. Caring has always been a part of my life—not just professionally, but personally, too. Over the years, I’ve looked after elderly family members, which has deeply shaped my approach to care and reinforced my belief in treating every individual with dignity, respect, and warmth.

reviews for right care

Right Care Local provided an exceptionally well organised and highly efficient service, combined with kindness, compassion and respect for our aunt. All the staff are trained to the highest level. They were flexible and frequently went above and beyond.

Always professional and knowledgeable the team gave us as a family a lot of much needed support.

Our aunt loved to see them, and she was able to retain the dignity of her independence in wonderful company in her own home.

Rightcare has been an absolute life-saver…literally! I can’t thank you and Hayley and the team enough for the care you’ve shown him, but, more importantly, for giving him his ‘mojo’ back. I don’t think I’ve seen him laugh as much or as heartily as he now does.

We can thoroughly recommend Right Care Local Ltd.

Andrea and Hayley answered my desperate call for help when my father was on a merry-go-round he couldn’t get off: in and out of A&E and an in-patient 7 times in 9 months. They stepped in and began providing twice daily personal care visits. This was huge for a man who ‘didn’t like strangers in the house’. They were respectful, professional, but quickly built a wonderful relationship with him.

We’ve been with the company since the beginning and have seen the team grow. Their recruitment is excellent; Dad has developed great relationships with his small band of carers. He’s always regaling us with stories from chats he’s had with ‘the girls’! He’s learnt about music festivals, helped with fashion advice and heard about holiday destinations he would never dream of going to!

What makes the company stand out? The owners, Andrea and Hayley, have worked in adult social care, so they understand what doesn’t work about the council care system. They recruit carers who love their job and prioritise building a rapport with their clients over clock watching. Dad always knows who to expect on each visit. They arrive very punctually. Any delays or changes, he’s notified. They set up communication systems with the family, so everyone can monitor the care, and feedback any important information. They are always looking to provide ‘just the right amount’ of care, without taking a person’s independence. They will actually recommend reducing care, if they feel it’s appropriate; the money is not the priority.

As a family, we would give Right Care Local Ltd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
